Carlo White is the president of White Holdings, a business management firm located in the Upstate of South Carolina. Carlo’s business career of 25 years includes real estate, financial services, and transportation logistics. In 2004, Carlo acquired a Nationwide Insurance Agency. In a 12-year span, Carlo utilized a merger and acquisition strategy that grew the business from 6X in sales, before selling the majority share of the agency in 2016. In 2015, Carlo launched a logistics division that operates under the brand White Holdings Trucking (WH Trucking). In eight years, Carlo has led WH Trucking through a merger and acquisition strategy resulting in the formation of White Holdings Logistics Group. White Holdings Logistics Group is the parent company of White Holdings Trucking and other transportation logistic companies.

Carlo is a graduate of Clemson University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He served his country as a Captain in the United States Air Force where he supported the War on Terror as comptroller of Ahmed Al Jaber Air Base, Kuwait. Following his military service, Carlo worked with Wachovia as a business banker for two years.

Carlo's civic involvement includes work on behalf of organizations and programs that support the well-being and interest of disadvantaged children and families. Carlo founded the Carlo and Nika White Foundation in 2018 which focuses on empowering disadvantaged communities across the world to build a brighter future. Carlo formerly served on the board of directors for Community Works Federal Credit Union and Miracle Hill Ministries. He is an elder at New Life Church in Spartanburg, SC and has been married for 26 years to his lovely wife, Nika White. Carlo and Nika have two beautiful children, Hannah and CJ White.
